Order Processing

Orders placed through www.denofmerritt.com are typically processed within 3**–5 business days**, unless otherwise noted. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customers may also check the status of their orders by logging into their account dashboard on our website.

Drop Shipping

Some products available on our website may be shipped directly from manufacturers or distributor warehouses. In these cases, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the supplier.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Shipping Methods

Shipping carriers may include, but are not limited to:

• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Expedited shipping options may be available for certain items at an additional cost.

Please note that expedited shipping applies only to shipping time and does not reduce order processing time.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state regulations, certain products may have shipping restrictions.

Den of Merritt does not ship items where prohibited by law. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal in their state or jurisdiction.

Some items may not be shipped to:

• PO Boxes
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• APO/FPO addresses

Additional restrictions may apply depending on the product category.

Firearms Shipments

All firearms purchased online must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer in accordance with federal law.

Customers must provide a valid FFL dealer for firearm shipments before the order can be processed.

Completion of all required background checks and transfer documentation will occur at the receiving FFL dealer.

Den of Merritt reserves the right to cancel any firearm order that does not comply with federal, state, or local laws.

Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition must ship via ground shipping only due to carrier regulations.

Ammunition orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier.

Some states and municipalities restrict ammunition shipments. Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws prior to placing an order.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Supplier processing times
• High seasonal demand

Den of Merritt is not responsible for delays once packages have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Den of Merritt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if packages must be re-routed or reshipped.
