Don Shaw
Co-Owner · Certified GunsmithAn Air Force veteran and former commercial truck driver, Don brings a strong mechanical background and deep respect for discipline, responsibility, and craftsmanship to his work with firearms. After earning his Firearms Technology certification, Don turned his lifelong interest in firearms into a professional career focused on maintenance, repair, and precision gunsmithing. He's also a certified firearms instructor and enjoys helping others develop the knowledge and confidence needed for responsible firearm ownership.
Jacqui Shaw
Co-Owner · Certified InstructorJacqui oversees the administrative, marketing, and operational side of the business while serving as a certified firearms instructor. Originally from Oregon, Jacqui relocated to Michigan where her husband introduced her to the world of firearms and responsible gun ownership. She is passionate about helping new shooters build confidence, knowledge, and safe firearm handling skills, and creating a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable learning and asking questions.
